Team Owner John Loebell started racing Formula Ford in 1991 and later founded Medina Sport, competing in both National and Regional Zetec and Kent Formula Ford championships. Medina sport over this time has gone from strength to strength winning numerous national and regional championships. Many Drivers progressing through the ranks at medina to enter the world of Formula 3 and beyond. Medina sport prides itself on a high standard of car preparation with a professional and equally important focus on driver training.

Medina Sport has a modern workshop facility less than 2 miles from Oulton Park Circuit in Cheshire. With computerised flat set up floor, we have the capacity to maintain, repair and set up all Formula Ford Cars. Medina Sport are specialists in Kent conversions and have converted no less than twelve late model cars to FF1600 specification. All three English regional championships were won in 2007 by Zetec to Kent conversion cars. Medina Sport are constantly improving and developing the conversion package to offer the latest specification to the higest standards.
